Internal Auditor

Die Kandidatin ist eine Wirtschaftsprüferin, die diese Position seit über 2 Jahren in der kaufmännischen Praxis innehat. Zu ihren Hauptaufgaben gehören die Deklaration und Kommunikation des Audits, die Koordination mit der Geschäftsleitung und dem Management, die Vorbereitung aller Auditkomponenten, die Entwicklung der Auditstrategie, die Feldarbeit, die Erstellung von Datenblättern und die Überprüfung der Auditergebnisse. Sie kann sich problemlos auf Englisch und Kroatisch verständigen, sie spricht auch Slowakisch, allerdings in sehr begrenztem Umfang. Sie ist sehr motiviert, freundlich und kommunikativ. Zuvor war sie 3 Jahre lang als Finanzkontrolleurin und Finanzleiterin tätig, verfügt also über sehr gute Erfahrungen im Finanzsektor.

Internal Auditor (June 2020 - Present): Youngest auditor hired, responsible for high importance/confidentiality audits. Acted as subject matter expert for various areas including acquisitions, corporate social responsibility, and taxation. Also served as an Audit member for the Italy Supervisory Board.

Europe M&C Finance Lead (Jul 2017 - Jun 2020): Managed budget and expenses for Europe Marketing and Communications. Provided financial analysis and support to the Europe Director and Senior Team. Led a team of five Financial Analysts.

Financial Controller (Aug 2015 - Jul 2017): Managed spending and budget for Nordic, UKI, and Benelux markets across various business units. Acted as a Trusted Business Advisor for budget management and worked closely with Market Leaders for forecasting and risk mitigation.

Accounting Inventory Lead (Jul 2014 - Aug 2015): Executed accounting transactions for Global Finance Accounting and Global Asset Recovery Services. Ensured compliance with US GAAP and local requirements. Performed monthly accounting and financial reporting tasks.

Trusted Business Advisor Education (2020): Completed education program to become a Trusted Business Advisor.

Lean Six Sigma (2015-2016): Completed Lean Six Sigma training.

Facilitation Education (2015): Completed facilitation education course.

Dual Bachelor's Degree in International Business & Finance from Westminster College (2008-2012).

International IB Diploma from United World College in Mostar (2006-2008).
