Automation Tester

Der Kandidat ist ein sehr erfahrener Mitteltester mit Schwerpunkt auf Automatisierung. Bei seinem letzten Projekt war er Teil eines großen agilen Teams, in dem er eine Anwendung, die für eines der größten Automobilunternehmen in der Tschechischen Republik entwickelt wurde, durch automatisiertes Testen getestet hat. Er verwendete JIRA, PHP, Javascript, SQL, Postman, Git und Selenium IDE. Agile Methodologien sind für ihn kein Problem. Er hat bereits Erfahrung mit der Leitung von Teams, möchte jedoch seine derzeitigen Kenntnisse weiter ausbauen und die Leitung jemandem mit mehr Erfahrung überlassen. Er hat keine bevorzugten Fachgebiete und kann seine Englisch- und Grundkenntnisse der deutschen Sprache aktiv einsetzen.

Credit Manager:

• Responsible for credit risk policy in 15 EU countries, managing 12 FTEs.
• Successfully transferred collection and credit risk activities to SSC in Považská Bystrica, Slovakia from sales units across Europe.
• Member of transfer project team, working closely with project leads on budget, FTE requirements, and transition schedules.
• Handled reporting tasks such as KPI reporting, credit limit updates, blocked orders, and bad debt provision.
• Conducted HR activities and focused on people development.

Software Tester:

• Completed a 120-hour Software Development Academy course, gaining proficiency in manual testing using TestRail and Jira.

• Joined Etnetera as a Software Tester, becoming a member of an agile team responsible for manually testing a mobile application.

Wholesale Revenue Manager:

• Served as the finance key point of contact for the wholesale entity at T-Mobile CZ.
• Managed managerial reporting tasks, including monthly revenue and operating reports, budgeting and forecasting, sales commission, and travel expenses.
• Coordinated and controlled wholesale receivables for five CEE countries, ensuring early collection, bad debt provision, and accurate cash flow forecasting.
• Assisted with customer invoicing issues and reviewed relevant MSA and billing migration activities.

Cash Collection Team Lead:

• Led the Order to Cash process in four EU countries, overseeing a team of eight FTEs.
• Managed reporting tasks, including KPI reporting and cash flow analysis.
• Handled cash collection activities and ensured timely and accurate payments.
• Collaborated with internal and external stakeholders to resolve payment issues and improve collection processes.

Company Co-owner:

• Managed all administrative and accounting tasks for a private dental practice.
• Took paternity leave to care for two young children full-time.

Education & Courses:

• Completed a 150-hour web application coding course, gaining proficiency in HTML/CSS and PHP.
