Architect

Der Kandidat hat in verschiedenen Positionen im IT-Sektor gearbeitet. Er wechselte vom Entwickler, IT-Berater, Projektleiter zum Architekten. Er verfügt über drei Jahre Berufserfahrung als Architekt. Bei dem aktuellen Projekt ist er für den Entwurf technischer Lösungen und die Umsetzung von Projekten in der digitalen Abteilung verantwortlich, untersucht und behebt Betriebs-/Leistungs-/Sicherheitsprobleme im digitalen Bankwesen, stellt sicher, dass die Lösungen den RB-Standards entsprechen, wobei der Schwerpunkt auf Sicherheit und Betrieb liegt, und beaufsichtigt die Umsetzung von Lösungen mehrerer Anbieter sowie seine eigene Entwicklung. Er programmierte Java EE, Spring, Hibernate, SQL, UML, Visual Paradigm, OpenShift, Kafka, Elastic, Kibana, ist Cisco CCNA-zertifiziert, JIRA, Confluence, aber er sagt, dass er es mehr genießt, ein Berater und Architekt zu sein und ein Team von Entwicklern zu unterstützen. Er ist es gewohnt, in einer agilen Umgebung zu arbeiten, er hat auch Erfahrung im Linienmanagement und in der Leitung eines Teams von bis zu 15 Personen. Dennoch mag er es, auf einem eher technischen Niveau zu arbeiten. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist für ihn kein Problem und er ist internationalen Projekten nicht abgeneigt.
