Der Kandidat ist seit fast 8 Jahren als Pega-Entwickler tätig. Derzeit arbeitet er an einem Pega-Projekt für eine Versicherungsgesellschaft. Er ist verantwortlich für die Problemlösung zur Abdeckung aller Versicherungen im Falle von Unfällen. Er arbeitet mit Pega 8.5 und nutzt auch alle Rega-Funktionen wie z.B. eine Integration. Er ist es gewohnt, in einer agilen und einer Wasserfallumgebung zu arbeiten. In seiner früheren Funktion hat er Erfahrung in der Betreuung und Unterweisung jüngerer Entwicklerteams gesammelt. Er spricht fließend Englisch und kann ein wenig Niederländisch lesen und verstehen.
