PHP Developer & Scrum Master

Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener PHP-Entwickler mit 5 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Er arbeitet hauptsächlich mit dem Nette Framework und hat auch mit Laravel gearbeitet. Bei seinem letzten Projekt verwendete er hauptsächlich PHP 5.2-7.3, Zend, Laravel, Lumen, Redis, Node.js, RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, Logstash, Mysql, Postgress, MSSQL. Er hat bis 2019 etwa 5 Jahre lang als Scrum Master gearbeitet. Er war für die Leitung eines Teams von Entwicklern in einem internen Projekt verantwortlich, leitete und organisierte Sprints, Sprint-Reviews, Planung und Retrospektiven. Er implementierte Tools zur Rationalisierung von Scrum, entwarf Prozessverbesserungen und coachte das Team. Seine Englischkenntnisse sind auf einem fortgeschrittenen Niveau. Ich bin ein Anfänger in Deutsch.

September 2016 - March 2017: PHP Developer - Developed and maintained web portals using Nette/Postgres/MySQL.

January 2016 - June 2016: PHP Developer - Developed an article aggregator for Centrum Bydleni.cz using Laravel framework. Managed server administration and deployment automation for Lépe Bydlet - Josef Drobílek.

September 2015 - November 2016: Scrum Master - Managed a development team for an internal project. Led sprint planning, review, and retrospectives. Introduced tools for scrum efficiency and coached the team.

February 2015 - June 2016: Project Manager, Agile Leader - Managed suppliers and software development, oversaw agile processes between the team and suppliers for the project Veřejné Sociální Sítě Sousede.cz.

September 2014 - March 2015: Scrum Master, Project Manager - Transitioned project team to agile methodology (Scrum) and managed Scrum on projects.

September 2012 - September 2014: IT Manager, Scrum Master - Led the IT department, planned projects, and led web application development in the real estate field. Also coordinated activities with the web marketing department and provided IT and client support.
