Der Kandidat ist ein sehr netter Entwickler, der hauptsächlich mit ColdFusion, PHP und Python arbeitet. Er hat 10 Jahre Erfahrung während seiner Amtszeit gesammelt. Bei seinem aktuellen Projekt muss er den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess, die Datenvisualisierung, das Projektmanagement und das agile Coaching betreuen. Ein großer Teil seiner Arbeit besteht auch in der Verwaltung. Er hat auch die Position des Architekten und des Hauptentwicklers für die oben genannten Sprachen inne. Er hat Erfahrung in der Leitung eines 8-köpfigen Teams, wo er Aufgaben zugewiesen und das Team beaufsichtigt hat. Für die Zukunft ist er nicht abgeneigt, die Position eines Scrum Master oder Teamleiters zu übernehmen. Er sucht hauptsächlich nach langfristigen Projekten, in denen er Stabilität findet und hat kein Problem mit der englischen Sprache, da er täglich in dieser kommuniziert. Er hat auch schon Erfahrungen mit agilen Methoden gemacht.
