Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Unix-Ingenieur mit mehr als 15 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Während seiner Zeit in einem amerikanischen Unternehmen lernte er die Infrastruktur für SAP kennen, arbeitete mit HANA-Servern, eine Zeit lang hatte er auch die Position eines Design Leads inne, gleichzeitig war er auch Qualitätsingenieur, testete im LAB, erstellte Dokumentationen. Für seine privaten Zwecke nutzt er Boards in Trello, er bereitet Kanban-Methoden vor. Er arbeitet auch mit Kanban an der Hochschule. Er hat eine Reihe von interessanten Zertifikaten. Eines davon ist z.B. Hadoop, Big Data, Mathematik für Machine Learning Spezialisierung. Er betrachtet sich selbst als Hadoop-Administrator. Er hat noch nicht direkt mit Hadoop gearbeitet, sondern nur Schulungen vorbereitet. Er mag und lernt schnell. Sein Englisch ist auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Er kann auch sehr gut Deutsch.

• Responsible for designing and sustaining engineering for SAP and HANA servers, including the largest HANA environment in the world.
• Designing environment-wide changes and projects, preparing upgrades, updates, and driver updates for the entire environment.
• Testing in lab, documenting, and transferring knowledge to operations.
• Ensuring compliance with defined standards and approving and tracking exceptions.
• Technologies used: SLES, HPE CS900 and CS500, SAN switches, storage, VMware, HP Operations Orchestration (HPOO), and HP Server Automation (HPSA).

07/2007 - 10/2017: Unix Project Engineer

• Provided third-level support for SAP servers, including incident management, change management, and problem management.
• Managed customer's UX operations and acted as the main technical contact for the customer and other support teams.
• Technologies used: HP-UX, SLES with Service Guard and HAE, HANA, VHANA, SAN, storages, HPE ProLiant, and HPE Superdome.

• Responsible for technical quality and HP-UX and Linux servers, as well as leading a team of 20 system specialists.
• Prepared technical and action plans for changes and performed spot-checks to evaluate and rank closed cases.
• Evaluated still open cases and created action plans to close them.
• Technologies used: HP-UX, Linux, Tru64, Solaris, backups, user management, printing, and LVM.
