Der Kandidat ist ein Entwickler, der über 14 Jahre Erfahrung in der kommerziellen Programmierung und Beratung bei TIBCO hat. Er setzt bei seiner Arbeit aktiv agile Methoden ein, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban. Er kann problemlos in Englisch und Deutsch kommunizieren. Er ist nur an höheren Positionen interessiert. Er hat auch in Projekten als Teamleiter gearbeitet und kleinere Entwicklerteams (1 bis 3 Personen) geleitet.

November 2017 - Present: Migrated BW5 application to BW6, focusing on SAP adapter and SSL security. Migrated approximately 30 SAP adapters from BW5 to BW6. Involved in discussions with architecture team about new application architecture.

July 2014 - December 2017: Involved in various projects, providing consultancy on Tibco related topics. Developed and coordinated project IIS, feeding data from SAP into the integrated inspection system. Conducted POCs using ActiveSpaces for IIS. Converted BW5 projects to BW6. Calculated and uploaded train timetables to railway control system. Involved in business case analysis, architecture and design tasks, and test support. Developed AMX BWSE and AMX Java components.

February 2010 - May 2014: Handled small and medium-sized Tibco BW/EMS projects, exposing services on a common SOA/EMS based enterprise service bus. Responsible for the entire project cycle. Also worked as a business analyst for the ICS migration project, analyzing source code and writing design specifications for Tibco BW developers.

July 2009 - December 2009, March 2008 - November 2008: Provided consultancy on Tibco related topics, designed and implemented data conversion engine, and worked on smaller projects in Tibco Business Works and Java. Conducted performance analyses and improvements for end systems. Designed flexible application as data source.
