Java Developer

Der Kandidat ist ein Entwickler, der seit 3 Jahren in Java arbeitet. Das letzte Jahr hat er in Vollzeit gearbeitet, die 2 Jahre davor hat er in Teilzeit gearbeitet (Teilzeit während der Schule, Vollzeit in den Ferien). Unter den Frameworks beherrscht er hauptsächlich Spring und Hibernate, außerdem arbeitet er mit Maven und JPA. Sein Englisch ist auf einem kommunikativen Niveau, Deutsch beherrscht er nur passiv auf B1-Niveau.

Software Engineer (July 2018 - Present): Working as part of an agile team on the eHealth project, developing a Swiss eHealth platform. Implementing IHE standards and utilizing microservices based on domain driven design and hexagonal architecture. Technologies used include Java 8, Spring Boot, Reactor, JPA, Liquibase, IPF, Maven, Docker, Swagger, Pact, RESTAssured, REST, and SOAP. Also worked on the SME project, automating insurance processing from offer to agreement using Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST, MS-SQL, Maven, and Angular 2.

Java Developer (April 2017 - June 2018): Worked on the Docstreet project, a document management system with additional functionality for data analysis, extraction, classification, and correction. Available as a cloud solution. Technologies used include Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, SOAP, REST, GWT, LDAP, XSLT, MS-SQL, Maven, Eureka, Zuul, DynamoDB, and AWS S3 storage.

Junior Java Developer (June 2016 - April 2017): Worked on the St Eva project, simplifying the process of selling telecommunication services. Technologies used include Java, Spring, Hibernate, Docker, Jetty, Gradle, LDAP, REST, PostgreSQL, and Angular 2. Also worked on the Documentor project, creating, processing, and printing documents from customizable templates using Java, Spring, Tomcat, MongoDB, REST, Angular 2, PostgreSQL, XSLT, and XML. Also worked on the Life project, automating insurance processing from offer to agreement using Java, Spring, Hibernate, REST, MS-SQL, Maven, and Angular 2.

Junior Web Developer (May 2015 - August 2015): Created static web solutions and simple e-shops using Joomla, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and PHP.

Master's Degree in Information Systems (2016 - 2018): Completed master's thesis on predicting user retention in online environments.

Bachelor's Degree in Informatics (2013 - 2016): Completed bachelor's thesis on mind-controlled application.

Publications: Published papers on user modeling for churn prediction in e-commerce, improving accuracy of detection of event-related potentials in brain-computer interfaces, and processing EEG signal for P300 detection.
