Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Scrum Master mit mehr als fünf Jahren Erfahrung, der derzeit in zwei Positionen arbeitet, als Scrum Master und in der Position des Product Owner. Zu seinen Aufgaben gehören tägliche Sprints, die Kommunikation mit dem Team, Prognosen, Roadmaps und agile Builds in einem internen unternehmensweiten Projekt mit täglicher Umsetzung. Zuvor war er in Entwicklerrollen tätig. Es macht ihm Spaß, die Erfahrungen und das Wissen, das er im Laufe seiner Karriere sammeln konnte, bei seiner Arbeit anzuwenden.
