Die Kandidatin ist Business Analystin mit mehr als 2 Jahren Erfahrung. Davor arbeitete sie ein Jahr lang als Testerin. Derzeit arbeitet sie mit Finanzdaten und Datenbanken. Ihr Team konzentriert sich hauptsächlich auf die Schnittstellen, über die Daten in das Hauptbuch fließen. Die Daten müssen eingerichtet und aggregiert werden, und die Funktionalität muss so eingerichtet werden, dass die Daten in der benötigten Form vorliegen. In der Dokumentation wird auch UML verwendet, so dass sie bei Bedarf auch darauf eingehen kann. Es werden auch neue Funktionen entwickelt und hinzugefügt, die auch getestet werden, da es keine Tester im Team gibt. Was die agilen Methoden angeht, so hat sie Erfahrung mit Scrum und Kanban. Sie kommuniziert täglich auf Englisch.
