Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Scrum Master mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung. Er leitet derzeit 4 Teams in einem Projekt + 2 Projektverantwortliche und hat zwischen 4 und 9 Personen in jedem Team. Er verwendet das Safe-Framework, das er in dem Projekt eingeführt hat. Er ist nach Scrum Scaled zertifiziert. Sein Englisch ist auf einem sehr guten Niveau, er benutzt es jeden Tag.

November 2019 — February 2020: Dependency Manager, Scrum Master - Established a new scrum team from a waterfall project, managed dependencies for both agile and waterfall projects. September 2016 — May 2019: Sr Scrum Master - Managed four appdev scrum teams, communicated with product owners in the US and Prague, and worked with cross-functional teams using SAFE. June 2014 — August 2016: Sr Services Consultant - Worked on various projects and products, including IBM Brno, Enel Pozzuoli, Inail Rome, Pole Emploi Montpellier, and CFS Co-op Manchester. September 2006 — May 2014: Software Engineer - Worked on various products including CA Vantage, CA Ops/MVS, CA Disk, CA 1, CA TLMS, CA CSM, CA Sysview, and IBM z/OS, CA Sysview, CA Ops/MVS, CA MIM. September 2001 — June 2006: Information Technologies - Obtained a MS degree at the Faculty of Applied Informatics. September 1997 — May 2001: Electrical Engineering - Graduated from high school with a specialization in electric energy.
