Python Developer

Der Kandidat ist ein autodidaktischer Entwickler, der seit mehr als 2 Jahren in seinen eigenen kleinen Projekten das Programmieren in Python erlernt hat. Letztes Jahr hat er auch ein kommerzielles Projekt übernommen, an dem er fast ein Jahr lang mitgewirkt hat. Zu seinen Hauptaufgaben gehörte die Modifizierung und Wartung der Anwendung in Django, die Erweiterung um neue Funktionen und APIs, das Hinzufügen neuer Datenmodelle und Geschäftslogik. Außerdem schrieb er die ETL-Logik neu und entwickelte sie in SQL und PL/SQL gemäß der analytischen Dokumentation. Er setzt bei seiner Arbeit aktiv agile Methoden ein, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban. Seine Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch beschränken sich auf Schreiben und Lesen. Er müsste sich mit der Zeit in die Kommunikation einarbeiten, da er sie lange Zeit nicht benutzt hat. Er beteiligt sich gerne an langfristigen Projekten, hat aber auch kein Problem damit, kurzfristige Projekte in Angriff zu nehmen.

2017 - 2018: Distribution

• Communication with distributors, creating costs and calculating remittances, processing and entering statistical data into internal system, sales report for daily press, sales analysis, database management, administrative tasks.

2018 May - Present: Experienced Solution Developer (DWH)

• Development on DWH - rewriting ETL logic from informatics workflow to internal framework, creating metadata and setting up database scheduler using PL/SQL procedures, modifying export views, participating in end-to-end testing, development of new functionalities in SQL based on analytical documentation.

2015: Analytical Internship (DWH)

• Two-week analytical internship at Media Tenor, collecting data and producing analytical outputs for television quantitative analysis projects and media monitoring, working independently on a media analytics project (data collection and research report processing).

2018 (6 months): Data Integration Hub Project (DWH)

• Development on DWH for Raiffeisenbank, analyzing and developing ETL architecture on Oracle RDBMS platform, communication and coordination with data consumers.

2019 (6 months): DWH Development for SGG Branches in Sub-Saharan Africa (DWH)

• Data modeling (implementing business requirements into data model in Power Designer, communication with DWH architecture), managing code lists in Ataccama RDM application, preparing and deploying test environment on Teradata RDBMS platform.

2019 - Present: DWH Development for Generali Czech Insurance (DWH)

• Implementing and optimizing ETL processes on Teradata platform, integration of ETL logic from WhereScape to stored procedures or Informatica, implementing business requirements based on analytical documentation, technical review of DTM, implementing and developing DTM based on analytical documentation, metadata configuration, creating analytical documentation, operations support, resolving production incidents.

2021 January - June: Industrial Application Development (Web)

• Development of an industrial application on Django REST platform, development and testing of new models and API services, refactoring and maintenance of existing code, preparation of PostgreSQL database layer.

2021 March - 2022 March: Web Design and Development (Web)

• Designing and creating a website for indexing self-employed activities, multilingual translation of pages and translation editing console, backend development on Django platform, authentication and authorization, CRUD operations, data extraction pipeline from external sources, data processing algorithm modeling and optimization for approximately 1 million requests using REST API and web scraping, data import into database, user and administrator components.
