Automation Tester & Manual Tester

Der Kandidat ist ein Autodidakt, der während der High School etwa 2 Jahre lang Tests durchgeführt hat. Er hat hauptsächlich manuell getestet und Spiele für Zeitschriften gemacht. Er verwendet die englische Sprache täglich, sei es mündlich oder schriftlich.

Experience:

• 09/2004 - Present: Flight Operations Worker - Responsible for designing, servicing, and piloting advertising airships.
• 01/2003 - 09/2007: Call Center Operator - Provided information regarding traffic situations mainly during holidays and weekends.
• 01/2005 - 09/2008: Journalist - Worked as a radio speaker for traffic information and live broadcasts.
• 2008 - 2012: Operator - Provided comprehensive assistance to motorists in need.
• 2012 - Present: Senior Operator - Led and supervised other operators in the call center, ensured quality services, and suggested improvements.

Education:

• Studied Automation and Information Technology at CTU Mechanical Faculty (not completed).

Licenses and Certificates:

• European Computer Driving License (ECDL) - Proficient in computer skills and professional telephone communication.

Skills:

• Fluent in Czech, intermediate level in English and Slovak, basic knowledge of French.
• Proficient in various software and programming languages, as well as operating computer systems and networks.
• Valid driver's license.
