Project Manager & Scrum Master

Der Kandidat ist ein Scrum Master, der seit 3 Jahren in dieser Position tätig ist. Er ist für ein Team von 8 Entwicklern verantwortlich, wo er für die Umsetzung agiler Prinzipien, Mentoring, Coaching, die Einrichtung von Prozessen, KPIs, Meilensteinen, die Schulung von Kollegen und die Präsentation von Vorschlägen vor Teams und Management zuständig ist. Er setzt gerne Scrum ein, hat aber auch Erfahrung mit Kanban. Er hat in einer Bankumgebung gearbeitet und war in der Vergangenheit auch 2 Jahre lang als Entwickler tätig. Er hatte auch schon die Position des Projektmanagers inne und da er gerne sein eigenes Team leitet und koordiniert, hat er kein Problem damit, diese Rolle in Zukunft zu übernehmen. Er hat keine Probleme, sich auf Englisch zu verständigen und versteht auch Deutsch (allerdings nicht auf professionellem Niveau). Beim vorletzten Projekt hat er mehr als 100 Personen operativ geführt.

2019 – present: Release Manager

• Maintain release roadmap and ensure releases are delivered on time and meet expectations.
• Negotiate, plan, and manage all release activities.
• Drive merging and branching strategy and introduce CI and CD.

2017 – 2019: Release Manager

• Implement agile principles and lead transformation towards CI and CD.
• Create and maintain release plan and map technical dependencies.
• Act as a scrum master, providing servant-leadership to a development team.
• Remove impediments and increase team efficiency.
• Define and implement metrics and guide the company using agile and lean principles.

2016 – 2017: Release and Configuration Manager

• Plan, coordinate, and manage releases with corporate group teams and customers.
• Improve processes and automate tasks.
• Set up and implement CMDB and related interfaces.

2011 – 2016: DevOps Release Manager

• Act as manager on duty, taking responsibility for operational issues.
• Drive resolution of major incidents and manage 2nd and 3rd level operations.
• Coordinate and cooperate with project managers and manage IT projects.
• Manage escalation process, metrics, reporting, and daily operation management.
• Interact with external suppliers and optimize costs.
