Der Kandidat ist seit mehr als 2 Jahren Projektleiter, hat aber davor auch in niedrigeren Positionen im Unternehmen gearbeitet, wo er schon lange tätig ist und daher mehr Prozesse in der Organisation kennt. Er begann auch als stellvertretender Projektleiter (3 Monate) und leitet jetzt als Projektleiter ein Team von 30 Personen. Seine Englischkenntnisse sind fortgeschritten (fließend).

Project Manager, 03/2017 - Present Project: Instrumentation and control (I&C) on nuclear island of Nuclear Power Plant Mochovce 34 (assembly activities and delivery of material according to scope of contract)

• Communicating with customers and suppliers
• Ensuring activities are carried out according to contractual schedule and technical requirements
• Coordinating multiple working groups, directly managing 30 workers and indirectly managing 550 workers
• Negotiating and fulfilling contractual conditions, invoicing for monthly activities, and conducting quality inspections
• Engaging in daily communication in English.
