Erfahrener Projekt-/Change-Manager. Er verfügt über mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung. Arbeitete bei Slovak Land Funds, erstellte dort Prozessanalysen und Architekturlösungen, gefolgt von 2 Implementierungsprojekten. Er war von Anfang an für die Projekte verantwortlich und bereitete die Gestaltung der IT-Unterstützung für das Leistungs- und Kapazitätsmanagement vor. Description:

• Comprehensive support of internal applications
• Identification and resolution of incidents and issues with internal applications
• Monitoring and regular maintenance and updates of applications
• Ensuring the functionality of applications according to established SLAs
• Providing user support and training

Responsibilities:

• Gathering and analyzing user requirements, proposing change requests, and managing their implementation
• Preparation of functional and technical requirements for the implementation of new features and systems in collaboration with external suppliers
• Ensuring the functionality of delivered solutions according to user requirements
• Proposing enhancements and innovations for internal applications and solutions
• Collaboration and communication with internal and external IT system suppliers, evaluating the quality of delivered services

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (electronics, computer science)
• General knowledge of IT technologies
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux Server administration, SQL and Oracle database management
