Der Kandidat ist ein Junior-Entwickler, der im Rahmen seines Studentenpraktikums seit mehr als einem Jahr an einem Projekt bei Uniqa arbeitet. Dort ist er für die Migration von Legacy-Anwendungen von Lotus zu Microsoft Power Apps verantwortlich. Er programmiert hauptsächlich in Java und Python und hat MySQL hauptsächlich in Schulprojekten, aber auch in der kommerziellen Praxis eingesetzt. Er konzentriert sich vor allem auf Low-Code-Angelegenheiten und hat Spaß daran. Bei seiner Arbeit setzt er auch agile Methoden ein, insbesondere Scrum. Er kann sich ohne Probleme auf Englisch verständigen. Er ist jung und sehr motiviert, seine IT-Kenntnisse weiterzuentwickeln und würde sich über eine Chance freuen, dies bei einem Kunden unter Beweis zu stellen.
