Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Wirtschaftsanalytiker, der seit mehr als 7 Jahren in dieser Position in der kaufmännischen Praxis tätig ist. Seine Erfahrung stammt hauptsächlich aus dem Bankensektor, wo er zuvor als Finanzberater und Banker tätig war. Zurzeit arbeitet er als Business Analyst in einem Softwareunternehmen, wo er die Anpassung des ERP-Systems (Microsoft Dynamics) an die Bedürfnisse von Leasingunternehmen vornimmt. Seine Aufgabe ist die Integration (im Moment hauptsächlich REST API Services). Ich komme täglich mit Confluence und JIRA in Kontakt. Er arbeitet an der Fehlerbehebung, an Prozessen, entwickelt Dokumentation (IDD), sendet Anfragen (bugbezogen) an Programmierer, hat noch nicht viel Architektur gemacht, da er noch nicht in diesem Stadium mit Kunden ist. Die Kommunikation in englischer Sprache bereitet ihm keine Probleme und er benutzt sie täglich. Er setzt bei seiner Arbeit aktiv agile Methoden ein, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban.

Analyzing processes and implementing amendments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Presented financial market regulations to different departments within the company. Analyzed processes, coordinated amendments, and ensured compliance with regulatory requirements.
