Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener IT-Administrator, der über mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Servern verfügt, die sowohl unter Windows als auch unter Linux laufen, wobei ihm die Linux-Umgebung näher liegt und er mehr Erfahrung damit hat, unter anderem ist er auch für die Netzwerkverwaltung zuständig. Er hat auch Erfahrung mit Virtualisierung (VMware). Er arbeitet in einem Team von zwei Personen und ist verantwortlich für die gesamte Infrastruktur (teilweise physische HW), er bietet auch Unterstützung für Endbenutzer. Sein Englisch ist in schriftlicher Form kein Problem, egal ob es sich um normale Alltagskommunikation oder um Fachausdrücke handelt, aber in der mündlichen Kommunikation ist er nicht sehr geübt.
