Der Kandidat ist ein Senior Java Entwickler mit 8 Jahren Erfahrung. Er hat Erfahrung mit agiler Methodik, Scrum. Sein Englisch ist auf einem kommunikativen Niveau. Er hat täglich mit Hibernate, CDI, Datenbanken usw. zu tun. Er mag es, in einem Qualitätsteam zu arbeiten. Er hat keine Angst vor der Position eines Teamleiters, da er denkt, dass er genug Erfahrung dafür hat.

Education:

• Mgr. degree in Informatics from Masaryk University, Brno, graduated in 2008.
• Ph.D. in Informatics from VUT, Brno (uncompleted).
• Bachelor thesis on real-time texture synthesis using jump map, analyzing and implementing algorithms for producing textures of any size in real-time.
• Master thesis on adaptive algorithms for finding shortest paths in dynamic graphs, analyzing and implementing algorithms for finding shortest paths in graphs that change over time.

Experience:

• Senior J2EE Developer since 2017, responsible for maintaining and improving network-related aspects of a product.
• Senior J2EE Developer from 2014 to 2017, worked on the network team of "Open Virtualization Manager (oVirt)".
• Full-stack J2EE Developer from 2013 to 2014, worked on the business layer and frontend of Inspire Interactive.
• J2EE Developer from 2008 to 2013, responsible for creating a custom modular CRM system, DMS, resource management system, and map services.

Skills:

• Fluent in English, worked in a global team for 4 years.
• Proficient in Linux, preferred operating system for Java development.
• Strong Java skills including J2SE, JDK8, and enterprise Java frameworks.
• Experienced with JBoss, Tomcat, Jetty application servers.
• Knowledgeable in relational databases (HSQLDB, Postgres, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra/Elassandra).
• Familiar with Git, HG, SVN version control systems and Maven build tool.
