IOS Developer

Der Kandidat arbeitet seit etwa 3 Jahren an eigenen Projekten als iOS-Entwickler. Er ist versiert in Swift, SwiftUI oder XCode. Er hat eine App entwickelt, die für die Apple Watch verfügbar ist. Außerdem arbeitet er als Projektleiter bei der Polizei, wo er für mehrere Projekte verantwortlich ist, z. B. im Bereich der künstlichen Intelligenz. Er leitet mehrere Teams mit insgesamt 20+ Personen. Er ist mit der agilen Methodik vertraut, hatte aber noch keine Gelegenheit, sie in der Praxis anzuwenden. Sein Englisch ist auf muttersprachlichem Niveau. Er ist sowohl an kurzfristigen als auch an langfristigen Projekten interessiert.

Independent Software Development The candidate is an independent software developer focusing on the Apple ecosystem. He has expertise in Xcode, Swift, SwiftUI, Core Data, and CloudKit. He has completed online and in-person courses and has published apps on the App Store.

Police of the Czech Republic The candidate is involved in international cooperation in science, research, and innovation. He is a member of various boards and groups related to innovation and technology in law enforcement. He also manages international and research projects and provides expert advice.

European Values Think Tank The candidate worked as an analyst, coordinator, and briefly as the head of the internal security program. The think tank focused on finding solutions to European internal security challenges.

Oživení Civic Association The candidate conducted an analysis of corruption in local governance as part of a project called "Hlásná Trouba".

Research Assistant at Charles University The candidate conducted research as part of a project on triangular strategies and international conflict.

Research Assistant at the University of Nottingham The candidate was responsible for recruiting and managing focus groups as part of a project on bridging the gap between provision and implementation.

Education: 2016: Sciences Po Paris - Erasmus+ exchange program. 2014 - 2017: Charles University - MA in Security Studies, with a final thesis on counter-terrorism in the Visegrad countries. 2011 - 2014: University of Nottingham - BA (Hons) in Politics, with a final thesis on social movements and Islamist terrorism.

Selected Projects: The candidate developed the "Rostou! Mushroom Guide" app for iOS and watchOS, available on the App Store. He managed the participation of the Police of the Czech Republic in the international project "Starlight," which implemented AI tools for high priority threats. He coordinated a working group for the research project on digital analysis of human scent for forensic purposes. As part of the European Values Think Tank, he coordinated the "Homeaffairs: Internal Security Forum Prague," a large annual event on internal security. He served as an editor for the "Full-Scale Framework for Countering Islamic Extremism in Liberal Democracies" on the Homeaffairs: Internal Security Forum Prague website.
