Der Kandidat ist ein Java-Entwickler und -Architekt mit über 7 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Zu seinen Schlüsselqualifikationen gehören Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat, Maven. Er arbeitet derzeit im Bankensektor, so dass ihm das Finanzwesen am Herzen liegt, was aber keine Voraussetzung ist. Er hat Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und arbeitet sowohl mit Scrum als auch mit Kanban. Er spricht fließend Englisch, Portugiesisch ist seine Muttersprache, Tschechisch spricht er nicht.
