Der Kandidat ist ein Entwickler, der mehr als 9 Jahre Erfahrung in der kommerziellen PHP-Programmierung hat. Seine bevorzugten Frameworks sind Symfony (3 und 4) und Nette. Er nutzt aktiv agile Methoden bei seiner Arbeit, insbesondere Scrum. Er hat keine Probleme, sich auf Englisch zu verständigen - er kommuniziert routinemäßig auf Englisch in Projekten. In der Vergangenheit hat er auch als Teamleiter gearbeitet und ein Team von 5 Entwicklern geleitet.
