Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener PHP-Entwickler mit 9 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Er arbeitet seit 4 Jahren mit dem Zend-Framework. Er beherrscht auch die Programmiersprache Andorid, mit der er seit 2 Jahren arbeitet. Sein Englisch ist sehr gut, er hat an mehreren Projekten gearbeitet, bei denen es ausschließlich ausländische Teams gab. Die Position des Teamleiters gefällt ihm sehr gut, er hat sogar schon Leute im IT-Bereich ausgebildet. Er kennt Scrum aus der agilen Methodik.
