Der Kandidat ist seit vielen Jahren im IT-Bereich tätig. Er ist ein sehr erfahrener PHP-Entwickler, da er von Anfang an mit PHP gearbeitet hat. Er kennt sich auch mit JavaScript, CSS, UI, React, RestAPI und vielen anderen aus. Der Kandidat arbeitet auch mit Symfony, hat aber kein Problem damit, zu Laravel zu wechseln. Er hat Laravel nur mit Lumen gemacht, was er für ein kleines Laravel hält. Er hat auch kein Problem damit, auf agile Weise zu arbeiten. Er ist ein angenehmer Mitarbeiter im Team und eine große Bereicherung sowohl in der Entwicklung als auch in der Teamleitung, da er Spaß an der Arbeit hat und eine natürliche, gewaltfreie Autorität ausstrahlt. Das größte Team, das er bisher geleitet hat, bestand aus 8 Mitgliedern vor Ort und 20 Mitgliedern außerhalb des Unternehmens, zusätzlich zur Arbeit mit dem englischen Team und dessen Teamleiter.
