• Herr Harton programmiert seit mehr als 4 Jahren aktiv in Java. Er hat an großen multinationalen Projekten gearbeitet. Er hat Erfahrung mit Java EE unter Verwendung von EJB. Sein Englisch ist auf einem kommunikativen Niveau. Herr Harton bevorzugt interessante Projekte, idealerweise im Automobilbereich. Er arbeitet gerne im Team, würde sich aber manchmal auch über die Möglichkeit eines Home-Office freuen, da er aus Pilsen pendelt.

Der Kandidat ist ein Entwickler, der seit mehr als 7 Jahren in der kommerziellen Praxis in Java programmiert. Er hat in seinen Projekten Java EE, Spring und Hibernate eingesetzt. Bei seiner Arbeit setzt er aktiv agile Methoden ein, insbesondere Scrum. Er kann sich problemlos auf Englisch verständigen. Er würde ein Projekt im Automobil- oder Bankensektor bevorzugen - hier hat er Erfahrung aus mehreren Projekten. Bei seinem letzten Projekt arbeitete er als Teamleiter und leitete ein kleines Team von Programmierern.

2017: Worked on middleware projects, handling communication between central database and tools for customers, operators, merchants, and legal entities. Used technologies such as MyBatis, SOAP, REST, and JMS messaging.

2017: Implemented build optimization based on configuration extraction to weblogic deployment plans, eliminating environment-related configuration in compiled packages. Migrated two ant-based projects to Gradle.

2017: Prepared a reliable system for automated build deployment for new applications, which can be reused for all containerized projects during migration to microservices architecture. Used tools such as Docker, Swarm, Ansible, Jenkins, and Gradle.

2016/2017: Developed a document categorization tool, used for validation and categorization of PDF documents. Communicated with framework authors and developers for needed fixes and discussions about framework tools. Used technologies such as Java EE 7, GWT, Hibernate, Spring Framework, JUnit, and Git.

2015/2016: Developed a money storing monitoring system for ATM's. Provided support for project versions in production or different phases of customer acceptance. Traveled regularly to Germany and the US. Used resources such as QA department, R&D support, and continuous delivery environment.

2014-2016: Supported the development and production deployment of a project.

2014-2016: Prepared and configured installations of WN PC/E and self-service peripheral devices. Set up a team that could prepare a running platform in a matter of days.

March 2017 - March 2018: Worked as a Java consultant and developer, overseeing the organization and reporting of a remote Java development team. Helped with deployment preparation and organization during the migration of existing projects to microservices and containerization.

September 2016 - February 2017: Worked as a Java developer, independently and remotely working on projects realized in a GWT-based enterprise framework. Built software-as-a-service products used by multiple customers.

June 2016 - Present: Worked as a Java EE developer, taking over a running project without support from the original developer. Handled code/logic/data issue fixing, small improvement delivery, and organization of delivery and improvement of processes. Used technologies such as Spring, MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate, Jasper Reports, and JSP.

December 2014 - August 2016: Worked as a Java developer, customizing the PC/E product for specific customers. Collaborated with product R&D for tide cooperation. PC/E is a software solution for self-service channels based on J2EE architecture.
