Interviewtranskript von 2016: Was die Java-Entwicklung betrifft, habe ich etwa 8 Jahre kommerzielle Erfahrung für Kunden wie Telefonica O2, Česká Pojistovna, GE Money Bank - siehe mein LinkedIn-Profil für weitere Details. Ich habe derzeit an einem Projekt mit Java 8, IBM WebSphere Server, Activiti Workflow Engine, Persistenz in MyBatis, Versionierung in GIT gearbeitet.

Protokoll vom 13.6.2018:

• Persönlichkeitsmerkmale: erfahren in mehreren Bereichen (TL, SCRUM, JAVA...), will seine Erfahrung anwenden - will nicht als Unterstützung in einem Projekt arbeiten, sondern es leiten.
• Weitere Erkenntnisse aus dem Gespräch: Für die Zukunft kann er sich vorstellen, in einer Position für einen Architekten zu arbeiten. Er ist nicht abgeneigt, Projekte zu starten.

Der Kandidat ist ein sehr erfahrener Java-Entwickler und programmiert bereits seit 10 Jahren kommerziell. Er arbeitet derzeit als SCRUM-Master, wo er auch als Teamleiter tätig ist. Er verwendet die englische Sprache aktiv in der Kommunikation bei der Arbeit, er hat sie auf einem ausgezeichneten C2-Niveau. Er möchte diese Sprachkenntnisse täglich bei der Arbeit anwenden und auch als Teamleiter fungieren. Er würde gerne an einem neuen interessanten Projekt arbeiten, das er entwickeln und bearbeiten möchte.
