Java Developer & PHP Developer

Ziemlich schroff und direkt am Telefon, aber nicht arrogant. PHP war für ihn ein Fehler, der nicht hätte passieren dürfen, er will nur Java. Der interessanteste Arbeitsbereich für ihn ist die Programmierung von Raumsonden und Raketen, auf der letzten Bank, aber er ist nicht wählerisch.

Der Kandidat ist ein Java- und PHP-Entwickler mit etwa 10 Jahren Berufserfahrung in Java und etwa 4 Jahren in PHP. In Zukunft möchte er sich ausschließlich auf die Java-Entwicklung konzentrieren. Er hat Erfahrung mit agiler Entwicklung, da er in Scrum gearbeitet hat. Von den Fremdsprachen beherrscht er Englisch auf kommunikativem Niveau, Deutsch versteht er beim Lesen (Dokumentation), an mündliche Kommunikation traut er sich nicht heran. Er hat keinen exklusiven bevorzugten Arbeitsbereich, er ist offen für alle Möglichkeiten.
