DevOps Engineer & Java Developer

Der Kandidat ist seit 14 Jahren erfahrener Middleware-Spezialist bei TIBCO. Er hat umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Backend-Entwicklung mit JAVA, Springboot und deren Integration in Middleware-Anwendungen im Banken- und Telekommunikationssektor. In seiner letzten Position arbeitet er als Integrations- und technischer Architekt, wobei er 60% seiner Zeit der Entwicklung von Middleware-Anwendungen auf der Basis von JAVA-Programmierung und ca. 30% der Zeit der Beratung bei der Produktentwicklung widmet, immer vor Ort beim Kunden. Er ist seit fast 7 Jahren DevOps-erfahren, fast jede seiner Arbeitsstellen beinhaltete die Leitung eines Teams und die Anwendung agiler Methoden innerhalb des Teams. Er leitet jetzt ein Team von 7 Mitarbeitern, löst Onshore- und Offshore-Anforderungen und hat auch Erfahrung mit der Schulung und Unterstützung neuer Mitarbeiter. 2013 - Present: App Integration/DevOps Specialist and the candidate is an ESB specialist and a valued member of the middleware DevOps team. He builds SOA web services using Tibco BW, including adaptations for non-SOA applications and technical adapters for REST, JSON, and Apache Kafka. He also implements transport layer security and payload integrity on Tibco BW interfaces. He deploys HTTP web services on IBM DataPower using XLDeploy and maintains Tibco BW and IBM MQ infrastructure. He uses Git and Maven for building and deploying applications.

2017 - 2018: Ops Engineer (Proficient). The candidate is a DevOps engineer and technical architect for integration and messaging in the GVLm building block. He builds adapters in Java/Spring Boot deployed in Tomcat using Maven, Jenkins, and Artifactory. He also sets up automation testing frameworks using Java/Selenium and Git, and is involved in setting up CI/CD and deployment pipelines using Jenkins. He architects and develops automation frameworks for performance testing using JMeter, Maven, and Jenkins.

2012 - 2013: Offshore DevOps Technical Lead. The candidate leads the offshore DevOps team, recruiting and training resources in Tibco BW and other Tibco products. He develops and deploys applications using tools like Designer, XMLCanon, and IBM DataPower. He provides 24/7 ops support and monitoring using Tibco Hawk, HP QC, and SM.

2009 - 2012: EAI DevOps Engineer. The candidate is a core team member responsible for creating and implementing EAI solutions for enterprise-level integration. He works with Tibco US East region sales to evaluate and propose solutions based on client requirements. He is involved in solution design, product evaluation, EAI orchestration and transformation, testing, implementation, and support.

2007 - 2009: Offshore Senior EAI Developer. The candidate is responsible for information analysis, estimation and planning, design, development, unit testing, scripted deployment, integration testing, support, and maintenance. He works with Tibco BW 5.6, EMS, Designer, Hawk, and Administrator.
