Er wohnt 70 km von Prag entfernt und reist täglich 1 Stunde mit dem Zug hin und zurück. Er arbeitete bisher per Fernzugriff (seit 7 Monaten arbeitet er auf diese Weise). Im Falle von Prag würde er es gerne flexibler haben - die Möglichkeit, 6 Stunden vom Büro und 2 Stunden täglich vom Zug aus zu arbeiten (er hat vorher auf diese Weise gearbeitet und es hat gut funktioniert). Home Office an mindestens 1-2 Tagen pro Woche wäre ein großer Vorteil. Er hat das Projekt bei DHL aufgegeben, weil DHL die teureren Kontaktpersonen loswerden wollte (er hatte vorher 8.500 CZK/MD).
