Javascript Developer & React Developer

Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Frontend-Entwickler, der seit 2014 verschiedene mobile Apps in React Native programmiert und kürzlich mit der Frontend-Programmierung in React begonnen hat. In seinem vorletzten Projekt hat er eine Webanwendung für die Chat-Support-Plattform Smartsupp entwickelt. Dabei war er am gesamten Entwicklungsprozess beteiligt, von der Ideenfindung über das Design, die Implementierung und das Testen bis hin zur endgültigen Bereitstellung. Andere Projekte sind - www.snaptaskapp.com - wo er eine Plattform auf einer in Ruby on Rails geschriebenen Backend-API und eine mit React-Native geschriebene mobile App entwickelte. Tinder - die weltweit beliebteste App zum Kennenlernen neuer Leute mit über 50 Millionen monatlich aktivierten Nutzern. Erstellung einer umfassenden, interaktiven mobilen Marketing-Landingpage für neue Märkte zur Nutzung der Tinder-App für die Partnersuche in Ländern außerhalb der USA. Die Designs waren komplex mit vielen CSS-Animationen und Videos, die skaliert werden mussten. Im Rahmen einer Partnerschaft mit dem Reisebüro Kiwi entwickelte er eine App, die es Gästen ermöglicht, einen virtuellen Schlüssel zu senden, wenn sie sich für einen Aufenthalt in ihrem Apartment entscheiden. Dieser Schlüssel ermöglicht es den Gästen, die Tür mit ihrem Mobiltelefon zu öffnen. Es handelt sich um eine PWA (Progressive Web App) mit Offline-Funktionen, die mit React, Apollo-Client und GraphQL im Backend erstellt wurde. Er hat auch Erfahrung mit anderen Technologien wie - Jest, Webpack, Swift, Objective-C, Java, Kotlin, Smart TV/OTT und Webdesign. Er kann sich problemlos in englischer Sprache verständigen und hat sie täglich benutzt (er hat sogar die doppelte Staatsbürgerschaft - Tschechische Republik - USA). Bei seiner Arbeit arbeitet er fast immer agil - Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence. Er bietet auch interaktiven Unterricht und moderne Webentwicklung an.

03/2017 – current: Frontend Developer

• Developed a Progressive Web App (PWA) called Beep & Sleep in partnership with Kiwi.com, allowing guests to unlock their room doors using a virtual key sent to their phones. Built with React, Apollo Client, and GraphQL.
• Released a new version of Minted's card builder web app using React, TypeScript, and GraphQL. Worked in San Francisco for a month to assist the frontend team.
• Created a complex marketing landing page for Tinder's international markets, focusing on internationalization and featuring CSS animations and videos.
• Led a team of 4 developers to release The People Walker, a unique app for finding walking partners, using React Native.
• Provided expert advice on React and helped solve performance issues for Global Traffic Technologies.
• Worked as a full-stack developer for StackShare, building new designs for their website using Ruby on Rails and React.
• Developed Curatr, a social network app written in React, but eventually discontinued due to financial reasons.
• Presented technical talks, taught non-technical individuals about software development, and participated in sales calls as a senior developer at STRV.

03/2016 – 03/2017: Web Developer

• Built a web application for the Smartsupp chat support platform using React.js and Redux.
• Developed features such as team management, support agent customization, payment integration, and multilingual support.
• Provided translation and English copywriting for Smartsupp and Smartlook software platforms.

06/2014 – 03/2016: Freelance Web Developer (Czech Republic)

• Created the platform for Snaptaskapp, including a backend API in Ruby on Rails and mobile applications using React Native.
• Developed business websites for Delta Capital, a Prague-based investment firm, and a hardware control web interface for Netio using React.js.
• Built a soccer team building application using JavaScript and React, and designed customer emails and surveys for Kyck.
• Developed a real-time web-based dashboard application for Global Process Automation to view and control factory floor equipment remotely.
