Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Node.js-Entwickler mit über 6 Jahren Erfahrung. Er ist offen für Backend-Projekte in Node.js oder Node.js mit React. Allerdings fühlt er sich als Junior/Intermediate in React. Bei seinem letzten Projekt arbeitete er an der Entwicklung einer Schulungsplattform für Cybersicherheit. Auf der Plattform konnte man einstellen, wie oft Videos gesendet werden sollten, Trainingsfragen und die Anzahl der Trainingseinheiten. Zu den von ihm am häufigsten verwendeten Technologien/Frameworks gehören Node.js, Express, React, MySQL, AWS, Slack, Git. In Bezug auf agile Methoden hat er Erfahrung mit Scrum, die er auch mit 2 anderen Personen bei AwareGO umgesetzt hat. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist für ihn kein Problem, da er bei allen bisherigen Projekten mit ausländischen Kollegen zusammengearbeitet hat. Er hatte noch nicht die Gelegenheit, sein eigenes Entwicklerteam zu leiten, und das ist auch nichts, was ihn im Moment reizt. Für die Zukunft schließt er dies jedoch nicht aus.
