Der Kandidat ist ein Entwickler, der mehr als 10 Jahre Erfahrung mit .NET-Programmierung hat - hauptsächlich mit Desktop-Anwendungen, er hat auch mit Android und Java für etwa 2 Jahre gearbeitet. Seit einem halben Jahr wendet er aktiv agile Methoden an - hauptsächlich Scrum. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch bereitet ihm leichte Probleme, aber er kann ohne große Schwierigkeiten lesen und schreiben. Er hat kein bevorzugtes Arbeitsgebiet, ist also offen für alle Möglichkeiten. Er hat noch nicht als Teamleiter gearbeitet, aber er ist nicht gegen diese Position.
