Der Kandidat ist ein sehr erfahrener Entwickler, der seit 15 Jahren im IT-Bereich tätig ist. Bislang hat er russische 1C-Systeme entwickelt. Er verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrungen bei der Überarbeitung und Optimierung von altem Code sowie bei der Arbeit an neuem Code und der Bereitstellung neuer Funktionen. Er ist ebenso erfahren in der Anforderungsanalyse, da er als individueller Spezialist gearbeitet hat und seine Verantwortlichkeiten alles umfassten, von der Besprechung mit dem Geschäftsinhaber, der Aufnahme von Anforderungen, der Planung, der Programmierung bis hin zur vollständigen Übergabe des Produkts. Derzeit möchte er sich mit der C/C++-Entwicklung befassen, für die er im Rahmen seines Studiums einen Kurs besucht und kleinere Erfahrungen gesammelt hat. Aufgrund seiner langjährigen Erfahrung fällt es ihm leicht, die Programmiersprache zu wechseln, und er hat keine Probleme, sich in eine der Sprachen oder Frameworks einzuarbeiten. Neben C/C++ kann er auch in JavaScript oder Java entwickeln oder als automatisierter Tester arbeiten, da er sowohl Selenium als auch Python beherrscht. Er spricht problemlos Englisch auf B2-Niveau, kann sich aber auch problemlos in der slowakischen Sprache verständigen.
