Er verwendet aktiv agile Methoden - Scrum, modifiziertes Kanban. Die Kommunikation in englischer Sprache stellt für ihn kein Problem dar (2 Jahre hat er aktiv mit ausländischen Teams kommuniziert). Er hat keinen bevorzugten Arbeitsbereich, was bedeutet, dass er für alle Möglichkeiten offen ist. Er hat noch nicht als Teamleiter gearbeitet.
