Jirko ist ein sehr erfahrener Entwickler mit 31 Jahren Erfahrung. Er arbeitet bevorzugt mit Backend-Technologien und hat die meiste Erfahrung mit Python, Linux, Unix, SQL und C. Er mag die agile Methodik, hat aber bei seinen Projekten meist Waterfall verwendet. Sein Englisch ist auf einem sehr guten Niveau, sein Russisch und Deutsch sind passiv, er hat in der Vergangenheit in Deutschland gearbeitet und müsste interviewt werden. Er hat viel Erfahrung in der Teamleitung, er hat als Manager und Direktor gearbeitet, er ist sogar ein zertifizierter Coach.
