Am Telefon war er ziemlich schroff und unentschlossen. Er wollte nichts fest bestätigen, er wollte sich wohl eine Hintertür offen halten. ČSOB sprach ihn auf das Geld an, er sagte, er könne den endgültigen Preis nicht sagen, bis er detaillierte Informationen über das Projekt erhalten habe, er gab 250-270 als Richtwert an.

Der Bewerber ist ein Android-Entwickler mit etwa 7 Jahren kommerzieller Erfahrung in der Entwicklung für diese Plattform. Er hat in C++, Kotlin und Java entwickelt. Derzeit entwickelt er alle neuen Projekte hauptsächlich in Kotlin, mit einem kleineren Anteil in Java. Von den SDKs kennt er sich mit Eclipse und Android Studio aus. Er hat agil gearbeitet und hat Erfahrung mit Scrum. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist für ihn kein Problem, seine Kenntnisse reichen für seine Arbeit aus, aber er hat definitiv kein "Manager"-Englisch. Er hat keinen bevorzugten Arbeitsbereich.
