Android Developer & Team Leader

Der Kandidat ist derzeit Android- und Kotlin-Lead und hilft auch bei Start-up-Projekten, wo er ebenfalls Android Platform Lead ist. Sein Tech-Stack umfasst: Android, Kotlin, Kotlin Multiplatform, Kotlin Coroutines/RxJava, Ktor/Spring, Koin/Dagger2, Java, Architekturmuster (MVVM, MVI, MvRX, Redux) oder Terraform. Er nutzt auch die Cloud-Funktionen von AWS und Azure. Zuvor hat er als Full-Stack-Entwickler mit .NET, Xamarin, Javascript und Typecsript gearbeitet. Zurzeit leitet er zwei Teams mit je zwei Mitarbeitern, und seine Arbeit erstreckt sich auf Mikromanagement und Projektleitung. Er ist mit agilen Methoden vertraut, insbesondere mit Scrum und Kanban. Sein Englisch ist fließend, er spricht auch Russisch und Ukrainisch.
