Der Kandidat arbeitet seit 14 Jahren in der Qualitätssicherung. In den letzten 11 Jahren war er als Leiter und Manager tätig. In der Zukunft möchte er die Position des QA-Managers oder des Leiters der QA-Abteilung bekleiden. In der Vergangenheit hat er Teams von 10 bis 25 Testern geleitet. Die ideale Position wäre, eine QA-Abteilung von Grund auf zu konzipieren und aufzubauen und sie dann zu leiten. Er arbeitet nach einem agilen Ansatz, bei dem er Scrum für größere Projekte und Kanban für kleinere Projekte einsetzt, wobei er manchmal auf Wasserfälle stößt. Er hat etwa 13 Jahre Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, ist aber auch anderen Branchen nicht abgeneigt.

QE Manager (04/2014 - till now): Managed a team of up to 25 Quality Engineers (QEs) in testing the point of sale (POS) solution. Responsible for performance reviews, capacity planning, resourcing, hiring, training, and team structure. Coordinated with off-shore teams and other QE managers globally.
