Er hat Jira-Tools verwendet, Integrationen durchgeführt und mit Datenbanken gearbeitet. Er hat auch 2 Jahre lang Erfahrung als Business Analyst gesammelt. Er hat an der Datenunterstützung im Internetbanking gearbeitet. Er spricht Englisch auf fortgeschrittenem Niveau. Er kennt Scrum von den agilen Methodologien.

2016 - now: Consultant, Accenture

• Responsible for business analysis and impact analysis on system integrations for a loyalty-related functionality project in a bank.
• Selected clients for campaigns and evaluated campaign impact, conducted ad hoc data analysis, and designed and distributed reports for a bank's small business segment.
• Designed the process and functionalities supporting service-to-sales capabilities for call centres in an energy company.
• Conducted a pilot project for real-time data collection and established a link between anonymous website users and clients in an energy company.
• Analyzed raw data from customer purchases using loyalty cards in the retail industry and analyzed user/usage statistics for mobile games.

2015 - 2016: Business Analyst, Tester/Test Analyst, Accenture

• Designed and executed test scenarios for internet banking end-to-end testing, including integration of a new solution into existing systems.
• Developed a pilot solution for automatic processing of client financial reports and conducted business analytics and high-level design for the solution.
• Responsible for business analysis and high-level solution design for change requests and improvement suggestions for an internal task ticketing system.

• Bachelor's degree in Applied Informatics from the University of Economics, Prague (VŠE).
• Studied LLB Law at University College London (unfinished).
• Studied Law and Legal Science at Charles University, Prague (unfinished).
• Graduated from Gymnázium Boženy Němcové with a high school diploma (maturita).

Skills:

• C2 level in English, B1 level in French, and A2-B1 level in German.
• Proficient in SQL, UML modeling, Enterprise Architect, web analytics, data analytics, and advanced MS Excel.
• Basic knowledge of Apache server, Linux, and SOAPUI.
