Der Kandidat ist ein Tester, der über 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung verfügt. Zuvor war er als Verkaufsberater tätig und wurde anschließend zum Verkäufer des Jahres gewählt. Daher würde ihm eine Position im Bereich Business Intelligence in der Zukunft liegen. Sein Englisch ist sehr gut, da er nach der Schule im Ausland gearbeitet hat. Besonders vertraut ist er mit Scrum aus der agilen Methodik.

IT Test Manager (2/2021 - present): Leading cross-team test coordination in Agile environment, collaborating with various teams to improve efficiency for software testing and automation. Working with DEV team to test software quality through manual and automated testing. Supporting test review, defect control, and configuration management. Assisting UAT with case owners.

Writing documentation, communicating with team members, and conducting functional testing of web applications. Communicating with headquarters in Germany and a development team in India.
