Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Analytiker mit über 10 Jahren Erfahrung. Während seiner Laufbahn hat er auch als Business- und Lösungsarchitekt gearbeitet. Seine Englischkenntnisse sind sehr gut, so dass ihm die Kommunikation und das Lesen von technischen Unterlagen keine Schwierigkeiten bereiten würden. Unter den agilen Methoden ist er mit Scrum vertraut, das er bei fast jedem Projekt eingesetzt hat. Als Teamleiter kann er sich durchaus sehen, Personalfragen möchte er aber nicht machen.
