Analyst & Architect

Der Kandidat ist ein IT-Architekt, der seit über 4 Jahren in dieser Position in der kommerziellen Praxis tätig ist. Zuletzt war er bei der Gründung der Abteilung für Unternehmensarchitektur und -strategie tätig. Gemäß der Aufgabenverteilung von EA war er für die Datenarchitektur und die Sicherheitsarchitektur zuständig. Er hat eine Reihe von Schulungen bei EA absolviert - Archimate, TOGAF, SOA, ... Als Architekt hat er Änderungen in der IT-Strategie und -Architektur aus der Perspektive der Datenarchitektur vorgeschlagen/befürwortet und gefördert. In der Praxis führte dies zu Projekten mit Auswirkungen auf die Datenarchitektur - er beseitigte Risiken, sei es aus Sicht der HW-Infrastruktur (DB-Konsolidierung, Visualisierung der Infrastruktur auf Serverebene, Netzwerkelemente, ...) Integrationsarchitektur (Abschätzung der Belastung der Datenströme, Entwurf von Optimierungsmaßnahmen). Für ausgewählte Hauptkomponenten, Analyse von Datenmodellen und deren Reengineering. Als IT-Analyst arbeitete er hauptsächlich an Projekten in der Versicherungsbranche. Zu seinen analytischen Hauptaufgaben gehörten die Analyse der Anforderungen und ihrer verschiedenen Auswirkungen auf die Anwendungen, die Koordination und Priorisierung der Anforderungen, die Unterstützung und Durchführung von Release-Tests vor dem Deployment, die anschließende Koordination und Kontrolle aller Prozesse. Bei seiner Arbeit setzte er aktiv agile Methoden ein, insbesondere Scrum. Er ist in der Lage, problemlos in Englisch zu kommunizieren. Er hat auch als Teamleiter gearbeitet und ein 13-köpfiges Team sowie ein 5-köpfiges virtuelles Team geleitet.
