Consultant & Project Manager & Scrum Master

Nach Abschluss meines Studiums der Politik- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften an der Karlsuniversität in Prag war ich Mitbegründer und erfolgreicher Leiter der Geschäftsvertretung eines italienischen Unternehmens, gefolgt von einem Beratungsunternehmen. Danach war ich als Berater und Projektmanager für verschiedene Unternehmen tätig und habe mich auf Projektmanagement und Geschäftsentwicklung spezialisiert. Ich habe Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams mit bis zu 50 Mitarbeitern und der Abwicklung von Projekten unterschiedlicher Größe. Zu meinen wichtigsten Erfahrungen gehören der Aufbau einer Geschäftsvertretung für ein italienisches Unternehmen, die Leitung und der Verkauf eines Unternehmens sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit Botschaften und staatlichen Einrichtungen. Außerdem habe ich an Projekten für verschiedene Kunden aus dem Banken-, Staats- und öffentlichen Sektor gearbeitet. Ich verfüge über einen soliden Hintergrund in Projektmanagement und Beratung.

Project 1

• Established and managed the business representation of an Italian company in the Czech and Slovak republics, including sales, employee and dealer training, administrative and marketing support, and financial reporting.
• Organized participation in exhibitions and trade shows, and conducted demonstration events in automotive showrooms and service centers.
• Collaborated with diplomatic representatives to export security systems to Russia and led the relocation of security system production to the Czech Republic.
