Der Kandidat arbeitet seit 1 Jahr als Scrum Master, insgesamt 3 Jahre Erfahrung mit Scrum, hat alle Positionen ausprobiert. Er weiß, wie man Kollegen motiviert und sicherstellt, dass das Team alle gesetzten Ziele erreicht. Seit einem halben Jahr hat er auch Erfahrung mit Kanban. Zu seinen Stärken zählt er Kommunikationsfreudigkeit und Vorkohoismus. Er spricht Englisch auf C1/B2-Niveau. Er ist offen für alle Möglichkeiten, da das derzeitige Team international zusammengesetzt ist, hat er auch kein Problem mit Projekten aus diesem Bereich, so dass er einen Wechsel vom Telekommunikations- zum Finanzsektor begrüßen würde.
