Der Kandidat ist ein Scrum Master, der diese Position seit mehr als eineinhalb Jahren innehat - davor war er sechs Jahre lang in einer kombinierten Position tätig - Lead Developer (C#.NET, ASP.NET, Angular, Backbone) und Scrum Master. Zu seinen Hauptaufgaben gehörte die Organisation von Scrum-Veranstaltungen und -Zeremonien, die Unterweisung anderer Teammitglieder in das Scrum-Framework, die Überwachung von Aufgaben und die Nachverfolgung und Motivation von Scrum-Teammitgliedern. Bei seiner Arbeit setzte er nicht nur Scrum, sondern auch Kanban aktiv ein. Er kann sich ohne Probleme auf Englisch verständigen und wendet es täglich an.

03/2019 - 11/2019: Scrum Master In this highly implemented scrum environment, I participated in all scrum ceremonies and worked on a desktop application for chemical analysis. I gained valuable experience and learned how to effectively implement scrum methodologies.

10/2018 - 02/2019: Developer Working in a Kanban framework, my team delivered software for bakeries and car repair shops. I also had the opportunity to participate in Jira administration and automation.

07/2012 - 08/2018: Developer and Scrum Master During my time at Sygic, I worked on six scrum-driven projects. While primarily a developer, I also took on the role of partial scrum master, assisting the team with methodology and promoting the true spirit of scrum. I organized scrum events, educated team members, and addressed impediments.

2006 - 2012: Developer As a developer, I implemented applications for various bank institutions in a workflow framework. I also had the opportunity to travel to Italy and Mexico for occasional business trips.

2005 - 2005: Developer During my time at Arcgeo, I developed tools for ESRI software in the .NET framework, including an oversized cargo vehicle routing tool.
