Product Owner & Project Manager & Scrum Master & Team Leader

Der Kandidat ist ein Scrum Master, der seit 9 Jahren in der IT-Branche tätig ist. Er arbeitete 5,5 Jahre lang als Java-Entwickler, dann wurde er Projektmanager, Product Owner und schließlich Scrum Master (seit 2 Jahren). Er ist sowohl für technische als auch für nichttechnische Positionen offen. Voraussetzung ist jedoch, dass er eine Position innehat, in der er realistisch Menschen führen und anleiten kann. Das heißt, er würde Teamleiter, technischer Leiter, Projektmanager, Product Owner und Scrum Master Positionen begrüßen. Als Projektmanager hat er in einem agilen Team mit insgesamt bis zu 30 Personen gearbeitet, als Scrum Master hat er bis zu 6 Teams bestehend aus Entwicklern und Testern geleitet. Er bevorzugt Projekte mit einer Dauer von mindestens 6 Monaten und würde eine längerfristige Zusammenarbeit begrüßen. Sein Englisch ist auf C1-Niveau, er ist es gewohnt, auf Englisch zu arbeiten, er würde es begrüßen, in einem englischsprachigen Team zu arbeiten, und es wäre ein Bonus für ihn. Er hat keinen explizit bevorzugten Arbeitsbereich, aber er fühlt sich sehr zum Bereich Big Data und allem, was damit zusammenhängt, hingezogen, aber er ist für alle Möglichkeiten offen.
