Project Manager & Scrum Master & Team Leader

Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Scrum Master/Projektmanager mit hohem Wert in organisatorischen Tätigkeiten, die er seit mehr als 5 Jahren ausübt. Er ist derzeit als technischer Leiter tätig und arbeitet stets auf agile Weise. Er hat Positionen als Product Owner, Scrum Master, Scrum Coach oder Head of Engineering bekleidet, wobei sich die Positionen in seiner Stellenbeschreibung meist überschneiden. Er interessiert sich eher für kleinere Unternehmen als für Konzerne, da er gerne an der Quelle eines Unternehmens ist, zu dessen Wachstum er mit seiner Arbeit beitragen kann. Von den Fremdsprachen spricht er fließend Englisch, da er auch einige Jahre im Ausland gelebt hat.

Engineering Manager, 2018-present - Initially hired as an agile consultant, I quickly took on the role of interim head of engineering for a team of over 40 people. I grew the team to over 100 people and implemented new engineering team leadership, CI/CD processes, and communities of practice. Eventually, I hired a new VP of Engineering to take over my responsibilities. I continue to advise the team on their product roadmap.

Product Owner, 2016-2018 - Worked with a development team of over 15 engineers to create a nutritional service as part of an established web/mobile app. I facilitated the system's structure, led the development process, and successfully launched the first paid service, resulting in a major revenue stream for the company.

Freelance Web Development, 2015-2017 - Designed and developed websites using PHP and JavaScript for various clients.

Startup Owner, 2012-2015 - Founded an educational project focused on health and nutrition. Developed a web application using ASP.NET and Angular, grew the development team to 5 engineers, marketed the product, and eventually sold the project to a competing company.

Education: Newton College, Psychology and Management.

Skills include setting up and leading product delivery teams, coaching product management and senior engineers, and expertise in lean and agile approaches. I have experience with JavaScript, C#, Amazon services, and Kubernetes. I hold certifications in coaching, strategic intervention, and Scrum. English is my preferred language.
