Der Kandidat ist ein agiler Coach, der seit mehr als 1 Jahr in dieser Position in der kaufmännischen Praxis tätig ist, Erfahrung in der Bildung selbstorganisierter Teams (eine Voraussetzung für Agilität), Gruppencoaching und Coaching von Führungskräften - 7-8 Jahre in der kaufmännischen Praxis Er gründete ein Unternehmen, das im Finanz-/Bankensektor tätig war, wo er 54 Berater leitete. Er ist eine aufgeschlossene Person mit einer positiven Einstellung. Die Kommunikation in englischer Sprache bereitet ihm keine Probleme.

September 2020 - Present: Agile Coach

• Co-designing the agile transformation within the organization.
• Coaching product owners of four agile teams.

• Working as an acting scrum master for four agile teams alongside the scrum masters selected from within the organization.

August 2017 - Present: Transformative Coach

• Facilitating group coaching sessions for A-level management and members of the board. Systemic and high-performance coaching.
• Coaching B-level management, systemic and high-performance coaching, coaching related to achieving their business goals, agile coaching.
• Conducting an analysis for implementing scrum and other agile methodologies. Coaching management in understanding and applying agile.
